By using our website, app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. 1 General Terms
These Terms apply to all services offered by bdj33, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and all other online gaming activities. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

- Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

- Single Account: Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Mental Capacity: You must use the platform in a sound state of mind and of your own free will.
bdj33 may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. We reserve the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration & Security
When opening an account with bdj33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your login password confidential.
- Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately.
- You may not share your account with anyone else.
- bdj33 will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party who gains access due to your own negligence.
Verification
To ensure security and prevent fraud, bdj33 may request your identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time. We reserve the right to keep an account suspended if you do not cooperate with verification.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
For deposits and withdrawals at bdj33, Bangladesh's main mobile banking methods are available. The payment methods we support are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
- After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account immediately.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time is typically only 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- bdj33 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request if necessary.
- Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
bdj33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers have their own terms, which are stated in the description of each offer.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳20,000.
Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- Use of bonuses may be restricted on certain games.
General Bonus Rules
- One person or one device may claim only one bonus.
- bdj33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- In the event of a terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activities on bdj33.
Sports Betting
- All betting odds are subject to change and may be updated at any time before an event begins.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
Casino Games
- All game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
- To ensure fair play, our games are regularly audited by third parties.
- If a technical issue occurs during a game, the relevant round will be cancelled and the stake refunded.
VIP Program
bdj33's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. VIP benefits may change at any time.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdj33 platform and may result in account closure and applicable legal action:
- Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers (bonus hunting).
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Hacking, cyber attacks, or attempting to breach platform security.
- Colluding fraudulently with other users.
- Providing false information to avoid account verification.
8 Privacy & Data Protection
bdj33 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity practices.

9 Account Closure & Suspension
bdj33 may suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Failure to provide verification documents.
- You voluntarily request to close your account.
In the case of voluntary account closure, your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification is complete.

10 Limitation of Liability
bdj33 will not be held liable in the following cases:
- A game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.

- Any financial loss arising from causes within your own control.
In the event of any technical error, bdj33 will endeavour to cancel the relevant round and refund the stake, but no further liability for compensation exists beyond this.
11 Changes & Amendments to Terms
bdj33 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you in advance.
- Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published.
- Continuing to use the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
